Orders & Processing
Have a look at our frequently asked questions regarding the order process.
Please check your spam folder if you didn't receive your order confirmation yet. Also make sure to double-check the email address you used on the order page.
We try to customise all orders within 5 business days. Please note that the shipping time after this process can take up to 7 business days depending on your country. Learn more.
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been finalised. Please keep an eye out on your spam folder as well.
You will also be able to track your parcel through the order page by clicking the Track button.
The tracking page might show an item as being delivered if the courier is on its way to your home. Please also have a look at your letterbox as most of the packages will fit inside.
As Wearlove we try to fulfill all custom orders as soon as possible. That's why we can only edit orders within 2 hours of it being placed.

You can simply see the picture by looking up close whilst using one eye and having a light source behind it like natural lighting.
We do not recommend coming into contact with water when it comes to our Personalised Photo items as the image inside the magical glass may be affected.
However, items that do not contain a picture can be used since they are plated with 18K gold or Sterling Silver and will not show discolouring.
